Refund Policy

1. General Rule
TikTok coins are a digital product and cannot be refunded after being loaded to your TikTok account. This falls under the exception stated in the relevant article of Law No. 6502, which specifies that 'the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content products'.
2. Right of Withdrawal
If payment has been confirmed but the loading has not started, you can cancel the order and request a refund. Refunds are not possible after the loading has begun.
3. Incorrect Username
If you realize you've entered the wrong username before the transaction is completed, contact our support team immediately; the order will be cancelled if loading has not yet started.
4. System Error
If coins are not loaded due to an error originating from our site, payment will be fully refunded or reloading will be performed. Requests should be sent to destek@buy-tik-tok.com.
5. Bank Refund Period
Card refunds are reflected to your card within 3-14 business days according to bank policy.
6. Wire Transfer Refund
For wire transfer/EFT payments, refunds are made to the same account number within 1-3 business days.
7. Requesting a Refund
Contact the support team with your order number, payment method, and last 4 digits.
8. TikTok-Related Restrictions
The site is not responsible if your account is suspended by TikTok; however, if loading could not be completed, payment will be refunded.
9. Corporate Transactions
Special refund terms for corporate purchases will be communicated via email.
10. Dispute Process
Refund requests are answered within 24 hours. In case of disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
