2. Subject of the Agreement
The BUYER's purchase of digital TikTok coins through the SELLER and their loading into the account.
3. Product Information
Product type, quantity, unit price and total amount are displayed on the order page. Prices include VAT.
4. Payment
3D Secure credit/debit card or bank transfer/EFT for amounts over 3,000 TRY.
5. Teslimat
After payment confirmation, coins are loaded to the BUYER's TikTok account within an average of 5-10 minutes.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital content nature of the product and immediate delivery, there is NO right of withdrawal pursuant to Law No. 6502 Art. 15/g.
7. Disputes
The BUYER shall first contact the SELLER regarding any issues. If no resolution is reached, they may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee / Consumer Court.
8. Effectiveness
This agreement comes into effect upon order confirmation.
9. Changes
The SELLER may amend the agreement in accordance with current legislation. The BUYER can always access the current version on this page.
